Meet the Staff

  • Jim Reedy

    President, Co-Founder

    Jim studied real estate at the University of Memphis on a football scholarship in the 1970s. He became a Realtor while still in college. As he gained experience in the Memphis real estate business, he recognized the need for quality rental properties and, along with his wife, Debi, formed Reedy and Company in 2002. Jim has become an expert in selecting the best properties in safe neighborhoods that are sold to U.S. and foreign owners. He is committed to offering the highest quality rental properties.

  • Debi Reedy

    Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder

    Debi studied advertising at the University of Memphis where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She co-founded Reedy and Company with her husband, Jim and is the Principal Real Estate Broker for the company. She works closely with all members of the Reedy team to ensure that all tenant accounts are properly maintained.

  • Brad Reedy

    Acquisitions and Sales

    Brad is the Director of Acquisitions for the institutional clients that Reedy and Company represents. He also is a part owner of JBJ Properties which sells SFR to investors. Brad is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Tennessee. Since joining the business in 2010, Brad has been apart of over $150MM in SFR transactions

  • Scott L. King

    General Property Manager

    Scott has been in Property Management since 2008 and has a vast knowledge of the Memphis Rental Market.  Scott has worked as Project Manager and Leasing Agent since 2010 when he acquired his Real Estate License.  He has been the sole Leasing Agent for over 650 homes  in the Memphis area and has been in the service industry for over 15 years.  As a Project Manager, he was in charge of overseeing renovations of foreclosed properties and then in charge of finding prospective tenants.  His overall background in leasing, maintenance, and property management makes him a welcomed addition to the Reedy and Company family.

  • Tracy Johnson


    Tracy joined Reedy and Company 2005. Originally from Jackson, Tenn., Tracy came to Memphis to attend the University of Memphis, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Tracy is in charge of all accounting operations and deals with U.S. and foreign Accountants.

  • Danielle Holland

    Executive Assistant

    Danielle joined Reedy and Company in the spring of 2013 as a part of the maintenance team. She quickly and successfully became the assistant to Jim, Brad and Jay Reedy, and helps maintain the daily responsibilities around the office, as well as assisting in the sales and acquisition process. As a part of Danielle's accomplishments, she is now a licensed Tennessee Affiliate Broker and is looking forward to her future with this company.

  • Tiffany Emery

    Director of Client Services and Marketing

    Tiffany has been involved in real estate since 1996 and has vast knowledge thanks to a transient lifestyle as a military spouse. In her 21 years of experience, she has gained insight into property management of multi-units and single family residences, new home sales and construction, resale and rehab, along with contracts and of course, client services. Communication with owners is Tiffany’s primary role at Reed and Company, along with property marketing and contract origination and management.

  • Cory Moore

    Information Technology Coordinator

    Cory joined Reedy and Company in October of 2010. Cory earned his MSBA in Management Information Systems and his BA in Journalism, both from the University Of Memphis. He prepares weekly payroll and ensures all accounts payable records are current and accurate.

  • Christina Jones

    Leasing Manager/ Section 8 Coordinator

    Christina is originally from Denver, Colorado where she graduated from Denver Business College. She worked in a variety of businesses in accounting and customer service roles until she moved to Memphis nearly a decade ago. Christina has worked for Reedy for over 6 years and left to work on the investment side of the business and has returned. She has been working in Property Management for 10 years and is highlyskilled in Section 8, tenancy law and all associated paperwork and systems relating to the industry.

  • Rachel Finnie

    Accounts Receivable

    Rachel joined Reedy and Company in June 2010. Rachel came to Memphis from San Bernadino, CA where she worked in the Property Management field for many years. She has had several roles here at Reedy and Company, including assisting prospect tenants in finding them a home. She also assists with processing Section 8 payments, collections and billing. Rachel now works in accounts receivable and handles the rent collected, move-ins and moves-outs, as well as many other duties.

  • Ashleigh Morgan

    Collections Department

    Ashleigh is a well-rounded professional in excess of 16 years in Residential Building Construction Industry and 20 years experience in Property Management. In these capacities, she provided daily management of assets, operations, finances, and supervision of staff. She is also a volunteer at the Memphis Humane Society and is an Avid Dog Activist. Ashleigh joined the collections team with Reedy and Company in June of 2014 where she handles FED's and court cases. 

  • Jason Wilson

    Maintenance Superintendent

    Jason has worked at Reedy and Company for 7 years. He works directly with the Property Manager to give complete scopes to the owners, and also oversees maintenance personnel to make sure that they are working efficiently.  Jason is an important asset to the company and we are glad to have him as part of our team.

  • Steve McPherson

    Warehouse Manager

    Steve is a born and raised Memphian. He joined Reedy and Company in November of 2012 as a Field Supervisor, and advanced to the Warehouse Manager as the demand for material cost controls within the company increased along with the volume of available properties. He attended State Tech in Memphis in the Business Data Processing criteria, and in addition to his warehouse duties, is presently instituting the Asset Protection program for Reedy and Company properties.

  • Judd Cannon

    Construction Supervisor

    Judd is a lifelong Memphian who started working with the Reedy family during his college career. He received his real-estate license at 22 years-old which allowed him to begin purchasing and selling investment properties. Judd has 25+ years of experience in real-estate and construction, and continues to find excitement in the challenges he faces when improving client homes. 

  • Charity Douglas

    Maintenance Administrator

    Charity cordially joined the Reedy and Company team in 2012 and works as our Managed Maintenance Administrator.  She enters tenant requests, provides support staff for the superintendent, processes new vacancies and coordinates new move ins for maintenance. Charity also effectively establishes communication within the department and assists in assigning and directing maintenance personnel.

  • Dannah Huber

    Client Liason

    Dannah joined Reedy and Company in December of 2014 as a Leasing Consultant; she is now a member of the Maintenance Department. Prior to joining Reedy and Company, she worked in the retail industry for 8 years which provided her with an extensive background in customer service.  She is responsible for the incoming and outgoing maintenance calls, written correspondence to tenants, vacancy and move-in audits, and sending MHA scopes to the General Property Manager. She also provides support to both the Leasing Department and Collections Department as needed.

  • Shaun Nicholson

    Leasing Consultant

    Shaun is a Memphis Native and has vast knowledge of the city. She joined Reedy and Company in August of 2010, and brought with her a love for people and the desire to help place them in a home. Shaun is one of our top leasing agents and is a huge asset to our team.

  • Terri Faulkner

    Realtor, Sales, & Leasing Consultant

    Terri relocated from Ohio to Memphis in 1987. She obtained her real estate license in Tennessee and Mississippi and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Terri was also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club four years in a row, and has worked with new home builders, foreign investors and local home buyers and sellers. Currently, she is assisting clients and customers with selling, buying and leasing homes in the Memphis area.

  • James Wachob

    Investor Relations

    James is a native Memphian, with 15 years of experience helping investors buy, sell and manage properties in the Memphis and Nashville areas. As a Real Estate Broker and investor, he has helped clients from around the world invest in single family, multi-family, and new construction properties. James' team is dedicated to supplying their clients with income-producing properties. They work closely with several builders/land developers and have built hundreds of brand new homes for clients from San Diego to Auckland. 

  • Jennifer Scott

    Investor Relations Administrative Assistant

    Jennifer grew up in Memphis and attended University of Memphis for interior design, and began her career in real estate in 2008. She previously worked at Regency Home Builders as the liaison between the builder, agent & the lender. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, loves working with the public, and enjoys the feeling of getting families into homes.
